Do you accept custom orders?
Yes! We can create custom designs, colours, and sizes. Just send us a message with your request.

How do I place an order?
Simply choose a design, add the item to your basket and place an order through the shop.

How long does it take to print and ship my order?
Most orders take 2-3 days to print and ship within 2-3 days of completion. Custom orders may take a little longer.

Do you offer rush orders?
Yes! If you need something quickly, let us know, and we’ll see what we can do. Additional fees may apply.

What materials do you use?
We primarily use PLA. If you need something specific, let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate.

How do I clean my 3D-printed item?
Most prints can be wiped clean with a damp cloth. Avoid dishwashers and high heat unless specified otherwise.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods listed at checkout.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
If there’s an issue with your order, please reach out, and we'll do our best to make it right!
We do not except returns on custom models however for the items brought straight from our store we accept returns within 14 days of purchasing.
